Mallory Bahr

Mallory Bahr enters her first season as the head coach of the Storm women's lacrosse team in 2023-24.


Bahr joins Lake Erie College after starting the women's lacrosse program at Spalding University where she planned and executed initial start-up for the new, NCAA Division III program. She is a passionate and dedicated leader in the world of women’s lacrosse.


Before Spalding, she served as the head coach at Johnson and Wales – Denver and before that, the head coach at Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens, Tennessee. During her lone season at Tennessee Wesleyan, she led the Bulldogs to an 11-4 record and coached three All-Americans.


Bahr also served as Head Coach at Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin where she served as strength and conditioning coordinator as well as developed the game plans for the Buccaneers in Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference action. She was also the Intramural Coordinator for the department.


Bahr began her collegiate coaching career at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama where she served as Assistant Coach. As an assistant for the Hawks, she was responsible for recruiting and planning team conditioning. She was also in charge of maintaining academic plans for each member of the team.


During her playing career, Bahr was a member of the North Central College Women’s Lacrosse Program. When she was in college, Mentored freshman to stay on track academically and physically, throughout college.


Bahr received her Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from North Central College in 2014 and obtained a Masters Degree from Ohio University in Sports Administration in 2017.


She is excited to be apart of the Storm Family.
